Manage Repo Metadata

You can manage metadata for any given repo in the Console UI. Metadata can be applied to the entire repo or to the latest commit.

How to Manage Repo Metadata in Console #

1. Authenticate to Pachyderm or access Console via Localhost.
2. Select View Project on the project that contains the repo.
3. Select the Repo’s Name in the DAG.
4. Navigate to the User Metadata tab in the slide-out menu.
5. Scroll to either the Repo Metadata or Commit Metadata card.
   • Repo Metadata: applied to the entire repo.
   • Commit Metadata: applied to the latest commit.
6. Select the Edit button. A modal appears. From here you can add, edit, or delete metadata.
7. Select Apply Metadata to save your changes.
